1. Cancelling a service
You can cancel any service by emailing admin@xfnpl.com from your registered email, or by calling +91 92627 32316. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless you ask for immediate termination. Please download your data before the service ends.
2. Before activation
If you cancel an order before the service is activated, the full amount paid is refunded.
3. After activation
- Hosting, VPS, dedicated server, IP, DNS and email services are prepaid. Once a service is activated, the amount for the period already started is not refunded, except where we are unable to provide the service as ordered.
- If we cannot provide or restore a service as ordered and you choose to cancel, we refund the unused portion of the period on a pro-rata basis.
- One-time charges for work already done — setup, installation, hardware procured specially for your order, and colocation rack setup — are not refundable.
- Domain registration and renewal fees are paid to the registry and are not refundable once the domain is registered.
- Services suspended or terminated for breach of the Acceptable use policy are not eligible for a refund.
4. Failed, duplicate or excess payments
If money is debited but the payment fails, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days. If you are charged twice for the same order, or pay more than the invoice amount, email admin@xfnpl.com with the payment reference numbers and the extra amount will be refunded.
5. How and when refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval and credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, bank account or wallet). Depending on your bank, the amount may take a further 5–7 working days to reflect. Refunds for bank-transfer payments are made to the same bank account. Where GST was charged, the refund includes the GST and a credit note is issued.
6. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, write to our grievance officer, Santosh Kumar Mandal, at admin@xfnpl.com. We reply within 15 days.
