1. Digital delivery
All XFNPL services are delivered online. No physical product is shipped to you. After payment, login details, IP addresses and setup information are sent to the email address and mobile number given at ordering.
2. Activation time
- Web hosting, DNS and business email: usually within 24 hours of payment and verification.
- VPS / cloud servers: usually within 24 hours of payment and verification.
- Dedicated servers and enterprise IP services: on the date confirmed in your quotation or order confirmation, normally within 3–7 working days.
- Colocation: rack space is ready from the date confirmed in your order. You or your courier deliver your equipment to our data centre at Bhagalpur by appointment.
Activation can take longer if documents needed for verification are missing or incorrect. We will tell you if there is any delay.
3. Service area
Our services are delivered from our data centre in Bhagalpur, Bihar to customers across India.
4. If you do not receive your service
If you have paid but have not received your login details within the time above, email admin@xfnpl.com or call +91 92627 32316 with your payment reference. If we cannot deliver the service, the full amount is refunded under our Refund & cancellation policy.
