1. What we collect
- Account details: name, company name, address, mobile number, email, GSTIN and the identity, address or business documents needed to verify you.
- Billing records: services ordered, invoices, payment reference numbers and payment status. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
- Technical records: IP addresses assigned to you, login and access logs, network and security logs, and support tickets.
- Website: details you submit in forms or email, and basic server logs (IP address, browser and pages visited). This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use it
To verify you and set up your service; to bill you and issue GST invoices; to support, secure and maintain the service; to send service, renewal and security notices; to handle abuse reports; and to meet legal requirements under the Information Technology Act, 2000, CERT-In directions, GST law and IRINN / NIXI policies. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
3. Payments
Online payments are handled by our payment gateway partner, which processes your payment details on its own PCI-DSS compliant systems. We receive only the payment status and reference needed to confirm your order.
4. Who we share it with
- The payment gateway and banks, to process payments and refunds.
- Our upstream network provider, Xpress Fiber Private Limited, where needed to route or troubleshoot your service.
- IRINN / NIXI, in public WHOIS records for IP addresses assigned to business customers, as their policies require.
- Domain registries and registrars, when you register a domain through us.
- Government authorities, CERT-In or courts, when the law requires it.
5. Content on your server
Data you store on our hosting, servers or colocated equipment is yours. We do not access it except to provide support you ask for, to protect the network, or when required by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records while you are a customer and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, customer records for five years after a service ends and system logs for 180 days, under CERT-In directions, and accounting records under GST and company law). Server data is deleted after a service is terminated.
7. Security
We protect data with access controls, firewalls, encrypted connections (HTTPS / SSH) and restricted access at our data centre. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or update your personal data, withdraw consent for optional communications, or ask us to delete data that we are not required by law to keep. Write to admin@xfnpl.com.
